Turkey Short-Term
Ministry Trip
May 11- 25, 2026
Trinity members are welcome to apply to join this short-term trip to serve Trinity-supported local pastor Hakan Guven in Antalya, Turkey. The purpose of this trip is to learn about the Gospel needs in the city, the state of the Church in Turkey, and life as a missionary from someone who has served the Lord in Turkey. Service includes assisting the local body of believers, evangelism, and creative ways to connect people with the local church. This trip may involve traveling to other cities to visit potential partnering churches.
The trip cost is $3,200 per person and includes airfare, lodging, food, travel insurance, and ministry expenses. Each participant will have the opportunity to fundraise together for the team.
Each team member will be prepared spiritually and mentally before arriving to serve our long-term partners. Upon acceptance, each team member will receive a link to watch 5 short videos highlighting the purpose of short-term trips at Trinity Community Church. Before departure, the team will meet 2 times to learn about the culture and the trip plans. This training and these meetings aim to equip the team to display a Christ-like servant mindset, as well as to set practical expectations for the trip.
