Chuck has been serving as Lead Pastor and Head of Staff at Trinity since 1997. He attended UC Davis and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Bio Science with a minor in Math and Chemistry in 1973. He then earned his secondary teaching credential and taught at the high school level for 3 years. Sensing a call to ministry, he attended seminary and in 1979 received a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry. Chuck and his wife Cathy were married that same year in July 1979. They have 5 married children and 12 grandchildren. Chuck’s “life verse” from Galatians 2:20 is: “I have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in this body I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”

Andrei completed his undergraduate degree in Theological Studies at the University of Bucharest in Romania, followed by a Master of Divinity and a Master of Theology at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He and his wife Samantha were married in 2009 (by Pastor Chuck!) and have 4 beautiful girls: Sofia, Eliana, Lydia, and Clara. They came to Trinity in 2012 when Andrei was hired as the Intern for Thrive and Jr. High Ministries. Andrei now serves Trinity as the Pastor for Preaching and Discipleship. In his own words, Andrei says that “Trinity feels like a big sweet family, with humble people who recognize God’s grace in their lives and seek to glorify God by serving one another and the ones around them.” One of Pastor Andrei’s favorite passages of scripture is Ephesians 2:1-10. “These verses encompass my life’s story and are a continual reminder of God’s grace and mercy over me!” In his spare time (what little he has), Andrei loves spending time with his sweet wife and girls, reading, and playing sports such as tennis and soccer (or as he says, “Football – the real FOOTball!”)

Sam has lived in the Fresno/Clovis area for his entire life , with the exception of 3 years spent in the Philippines where his parents served with New Tribes Mission. He double-majored in Philosophy and the Classics for his Bachelor of Arts at Fresno Pacific University (2010), then earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) at Western Seminary (2013) and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) at The Master’s Seminary (2017). He is currently working part-time on a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at The University of Edinburgh (2026). Sam loves to read, study, and write (in case you haven’t noticed 😊). He also loves traveling and sharing meaningful conversations with God’s people.
In his own words: “The Lord instantly called me to ministry.” Campus Bible Church initially hired him as the Jr. High Intern at age 19, then as the High School Pastor at age 21. Sam has been on pastoral staff at Trinity since 2019 and is encouraged to see how Trinity “humbly seeks to preach and practice God’s Word with contagious love for God and one another. Our spirit of constant reform to the Word of God creates a seemingly unstopping sense of growth, the joy of which has made us a singing congregation. Missions permeates our culture from infancy to old age, and the tender care of our servant-leaders is, by God’s grace, both unmistakable and inescapable. May God mercifully continue the work He has begun among us.”
Sam says, “My favorite Scripture is always the one I’m preparing to teach on a given day. But, the passage which has recently had the longest lasting impact on my personal life and public ministry has been Isaiah 42:1-4. Sam says, “This description of the King’s heart has revolutionized my relationship with Him.”

Dorothy graduated from Fresno State University (Go Dogs!) and majored in Elementary Education and Psychology. She has her teaching credential and is also a trained reading specialist. She previously worked at Fresno Christian as a Kindergarten Teacher, as a Children’s Director at a church in Clovis, and most recently taught in Clovis Unified as a Kindergarten and 1st grade teacher. Dorothy and her husband Brian were married in 1976 and have two adult children and 5 grandchildren. They have a daughter Jenny who lives at Hume Lake with her husband Jeff. Their son Mark is a Registered Nurse at Clovis Community.
Dorothy enjoys teaching children the eternal truths of God’s Word, writing stories for children, quilting, gardening, entertaining, Bible studies, and, of course, watching her grandchildren. Brian and Dorothy love being together, traveling, being outdoors, or doing projects. Dorothy’s favorite verse comes from Philippians 4:4-8. Dorothy says, “This is one of my favorites because it reminds me that the Lord is near, and that He will take care of any problems I think I have. And in recognizing who Jesus is, it can only make me rejoice that I’m His child.”
Kimberly completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Oklahoma. She went on to complete her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Literacy Instruction and has a license and credentials to teach elementary school. She taught elementary school, mainly grades 2nd and 3rd for 7 years (1 year in Denver, Colorado, and 6 years in the Bay Area of California), while also working as a reading program facilitator of students and teachers in grades K-6.
Kimberly and her husband Markus were married in 1999 and have four children. They moved to Clovis from the Bay Area in 2018 and began attending Trinity shortly afterward. What she appreciates most about Trinity is “the Biblical teaching and how genuinely caring the staff is, and how loved and cared for our family has felt, as part of a family here.” In God’s perfect timing, the opportunity arose in late 2018 for Kimberly to join our staff as the Director of Nursery Ministries. “I enjoy taking care of babies and toddlers in the Nursery, home schooling our own children, and teaching and working with children. I have a passion for foster care and adoption, and helping children who come from hard places. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, family time, and game nights with family or with friends.”
“My favorite scripture/life verse for the past 4-6 years since walking through the illnesses and deaths of my parents has been: ‘Blessed be the Lord! For He has heard the voice of my pleas for mercy. The Lord is my strength and my shield; in Him my heart trusts, and I am helped. My heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to Him.’ (Psalm 28:6-7).”
