Training Ground is a new ministry of Trinity Community Church designed to equip men and women to know God’s Word deeply, grow in Christlike character, and faithfully serve His church and proclaim His gospel.

Over two years of biblical instruction, mentorship, and intentional discipleship, participants will grow in their knowledge of Scripture, sound doctrine, church history, and practical Christian living. Throughout the program, students are encouraged not only to grow in knowledge but also to apply God’s truth in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.

For those whom the Lord may be calling to further ministry, an optional third year provides specialized mentorship and ministry training in areas such as eldership, deaconship, church planting, missions, women’s ministry, and faithful service within the local church.

Whether your desire is to deepen your walk with Christ, become better equipped to disciple others, or prepare for future ministry, Training Ground exists to help you become a faithful laborer for the glory of God.
