Thinking Biblically About Our Children’s Education

Parents are invited to join us for “Thinking Biblically About Our Children’s Education” on Sunday, August 1 at 12:30 in the Worship Center. Lunch and childcare (Infant-4th grade) will be provided. More details below.

In the last few years, we have seen an increase in the temptations and unbiblical ideas that our kids are exposed to on a regular basis, including in our educational system.  In light of these things, we would like to invite all parents of children ages K-12th grade to “Thinking Biblically About Our Children’s Education.” We’ll hear testimonies and presentations from several people involved in different areas of education (public school, homeschool, Christian school, charter school, and online Christian school) and we will offer practical ideas in helping parents to educate their kids biblically.  While this event will be geared toward parents of school-age children, we encourage anyone who would like to learn more about this topic to join us!

To help us prepare enough food and provide coverage for childcare, please RSVP below. This is not required, but very helpful for us as we make plans for this event. But even if you accidentally forget to RSVP, come anyway! We’ll be happy to make adjustments as needed.
