Narcis and Sara serve the Church in Rosarito, Mexico, where they pastor a local congregation and lead Arrows Christian Academy, a school on their church campus using the Accelerated Christian Education curriculum. Their ministry focuses on reaching and discipling the next generation and helping their community grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Originally from Romania, Narcis came to faith as a child and developed a heart for missions while interpreting for visiting missionaries, which ultimately led him to serve in Mexico.
